My listing has been mapped/hijacked by another seller

I am the owner of the registered brand RIAvel Enterprises on Amazon. A seller named {personal data removed, moderator edit} has illegally mapped their product to my listing (ASIN: B0F5QKTM2K).

I’ve reported this seller multiple times, but Amazon has not removed them from my product page. I even placed an order from their listing and found that the product is poor in quality and differentiate from mine.

To stay in the Buy Box, I have to keep my prices lower than this seller, which is affecting my profits. This is already a low-margin product, and now I’m facing losses while most of the sales are going to their Buy Box.

This seller is also doing the same with many other brands in the same category. I don’t understand why Amazon is not taking any strict action against such counterfeit sellers.

If anyone has faced this or knows how to deal with it, please help.

The exact same issue has happened with my products. A random seller has mapped two of my SKUs, and I raised this concern with Amazon yesterday, till waiting for a response. I've also ordered the product listed by them and expect to receive it tomorrow.

Why does Amazon allow this in the first place? Shouldn’t there be a requirement for verified documents or at least some form of brand owner verification before listing?

Because of this seller, I’ve been forced to lower my own prices just to stay competitive(otherwise their listing is shown first), essentially being undercut on my own product by someone I don’t even know. And to make matters worse, this happened just before Prime Days. It's extremely unfair to genuine sellers, and the fact that Amazon hasn’t addressed this urgently is disappointing. This needs to be escalated and resolved in a timely manner.
