I think Bad luck travels with me. My New Amazon Account get deactivate due to section 3 on 8th October 2024. I just created my account and After I Amazon puts my account in re-verification. But the story starts from here, Since it get suspended and ask for the documents to verify my account in it they ask Credit Card statemen Chargeable, Utility Bill and Business license in additional I added my National ID card these the requirements which they ask normally. Now on 8th October my account get suspend I provided the documents in first 2-3 try's I uploaded wrong documents because I don't know how to upload after it I started my submission's in which I provided them all required documents in PDF form after it I get message that they are unable to verify my Identity I tried again and again In which I provided them Gas Bill, Water Bill, Electricity Bill and Internet bill which are on the same address of my account. Now in bank statement First I use my business account statement to verify it but the same response after it I use my Personal statement then also the same response I was shocked whats going on with in these submission I also add business documents and National ID also. After many of the submission from me and my fellows we get a chance to complete video verification call with them. In video call I was soo confident and thanks that now my account will be opened. When they provided the chance there was an death in my neighbors those are too closed to us so we were there for one and half week there but my verification was in pending, its 7th November that they provide the link and on 8th November I completed my video verification but for the earlier and for fast progress i chose the photo and Identity Document one to complete it fast but after it I received that I have failed the video verification which was a shock for and I think its the end after along time period Verification team provide me Another link On 1st December I go for it but link was not working then I opened case with seller team and tell them that the verification center is not working after it they transferred it to internal team after same time I receive that they are reviewing my information which I provided I was thinking that now they will provide me the link and I will complete my verification on schedule call but on 4th December I receive that they Have reviewed my documents on video verification and they could no verify it and said YOU ARE NOT ELIGIABLE TO SELL ON AMAZON. And its the end that I told to the team that I have not completed verification for the second time but they says that they have said they couldn't verify documents on video verification and said I am not allowed to sell. It was my story how it end before starting the business I get failed after a year of knowledge about amazon and all the investment and i put in I get nothing And the team is also not responding and seller support is also unable help me out. I asked them for another link for video verification but they said do submission's and the team will provide me link and the team is not responding. Still waiting if they reply so I can start my business .
