Our estimated delivery dates are really long

Hi guys,

We've come back from the christmas break and reactivated our listings etc but I've just noticed our delivery estimates on item pages are showing scarily high!

For example looking at one item right now it says it'll deliver FREE delivery 13 - 15 January.

This would be no later than 10th-11th realistically. We have 0 day handling time on, and in our shipping settings it says 2 days delivery time within the UK. So I'm really not sure why our listings are being shown in this way.

Anyone got any idea what might be up with it please?

Any help appreciated :)

Have a look at your OTDR (On Time Delivery Rate)

If this is poor then Amazon can pad your delivery times.

It may be that your deliveries have been arriving a little later over the Christmas Period which has caused your OTDR to suffer.

If this is the case all you can do is wait for your OTDR to improve and then your delivery times go back to normal
