Amazon please trust your sellers
My listings have been blocked on false customer complaints. The account health team is asking to submit information which has already been submitted. Seems they are not even looking at the documents submitted and are just sending copy paste replies. I have been selling on Amazon for over 4 years with more than 75% positive feedbacks. This year my account has almost been disrupted by false complaints from buyers and conspiracy of other sellers. Amazon is not even properly verifying the documents submitted.
An ASIN which is sold more than 2000 units by me with mutiple positive reviews is blocked just because a couple of mischievious buyers have complained against it. Atleast a sellers past performance should have been taken into account before taking any action against him. They can also place secret test orders to check the product authenticity before taking final decision.
For me Amazon has not been able to judge its sellers properly. It is just obsessed to blindly support its buyers.

Write a POA and understand Amazon algorithms and policies; they will remove the complaints, but follow the steps first.

Actually, Amazon have not proper person for each segment's review....So Reviewer have not proper knowledge of any segment.....But They are behaving like very intelligent persons...They believed that sellers have no knowledge and merely 'Baniya.' God save us first...If we not saved the who saved Amazon? God is great and trust me when God will punish then nobody will save Amazon....We are honest seller and they are misbehave with us...

Pity the situation you are going through. Like you said, Amazon just has automated response system and there's hardly anyone even reading what we are sending, no matter how true and correct your information may be.
We have faced the similar issues in the past related to IP from other brands where they simply remove your listing without even informing you or asking if the complaint raised by other Brand is genuine or not. Amazon just feels that anything wrong that happens has to be blocked away straight-away, and then they go ahead with the solution, which we feel never happens only. Amazon always favours the one who has posted the complaint.
The day we realised that Amazon hardly gets involved in this matter so personally, we have stopped submitting proofs also as we Sellers are not here to waste time and leave our main business work just for something which is going to get automated responses only. Why waste time for someone who cannot even spend time to read what you have submitted.
No matter how old a Seller you are or how many positive feedbacks you have, Amazon simply believes in blocking genuine Sellers if there's been complaints raised by not-loyal customers or brands.
