Professional USA account but Unable to access Product Opportunity Explorer
from the beginner of opening my account, I have been in the professional plan. the first time, I tried to access the " Product Opportunity Explorer was not longer available, and any time I accessed it got "Invalid Access". I opened a seller support ticket but it has been in pending status for days. I didn't have access to the product Opportunity Explorer for the first 2 days, then I got access for only 24 hours. then my option to access Product Opportunity Explorer was no longer available and any time I accessed it got "Invalid Access. You do not have permission to view this page"

Can you tell me what Marketplace you sell in and provide the support case ID you mentioned?
