Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery Program Fee & Charges
Hi sellers and Amazon team,
I'm a new seller on Amazon. Recently amazon mailed me that I'm eligible for Amazon's easy ship guaranteed delivery program. So I looked into it, and did some research but still I have some doubts about Charges and fee of this feature. I want to know that if costumer orders and pay INR 80 or INR 100 for one day shipping or two day shipping, and later returns the order or reject it for some reason, then would I have to incur these INR 80 or INR 100 for one day shipping or two day shipping on top of standard Local, Regional and National shipping fee? Plus, is there any other charges/fee for using easy ship guaranteed delivery program?

The extra shipment charged on customers for one day / two day delivery is not in your account, neither it will benefit you nor it will be a drawback. It is charged by Amazon and kept by Amazon. Return and Refund charges will be as usual in case of return. There is no separate fees for guaranteed delivery program on seller. But positively ship the order the same day ( generally in 2nd slot ), other wise the order may get cancelled.
