I download the excel template for Packing information for multiple boxes.

When I try to type in the number it will say "The cell or chart you're trying to change is on a protected sheet. To make change, unprotect the sheet. You might be requested to enter a password."

Hi @Seller_MeuBGt7bR0RiC,

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help!

The column headers and SKU details in the Excel file are password protected, which means you cannot modify them. To enter box content information, scroll to the right half of the page in the Box packing information tab.

This page has detailed information on packing units to Send To Amazon.

Best,

Dominic
