We are also faced same error from Dec onwards. And none of the support team or the assigned sales person rectified. After escalating also nothing has changed. We are using with central order itself.

Hello, check your dimensions of the product you entered while adding the product. LENGTH, WIDTH and HEIGHT. Also check the weight. As per amazon easy ship guidelines you can ship the items with in specified ranges of 70X70X45 cm (LxWxH). Also, the weight must be less than or equal to 18 kg. Moreover another reason might be non-serviceable pin code. [Usually we see this message if you order an item in another country say USA, UAE,AUSTRALIA, from India]. Please raise a case with seller support team, they will help you.
