A to Z Guarantee claims

Hi, I would like assistance with an issue I am experiencing with selling on Amazon.

I have been selling for six months and have good knowledge and I have sold over 2000 items.

Recently in the last 2 weeks I have had 7 A to Z guarantee claims for items not received. I had tracking evidence as well as documentary Proof in the form of a PDF proof of delivery for all 7 orders. They included the buyers name address signature date of collection and date of delivery. Despite me providing all this evidence to prove delivery the claims were granted.

The evidence of the case I won was the same as the 6 that I lost so do not understand. I do not understand what they accept as the evidence of delivery includes a signature. I have appealed the case which was denied.

I have contacted seller support on numerous occasions (now have given up) but receive automatic or irrelevant responses.

I have lost my funds and also received order defects. If this continues my account will be deactivated so wanted to take action before.

I am faithfully posting the items on time with reputable couriers which are getting delivered. I have proof of delivery but still loose the claim. The current situation allows buyers to exploit it and claim refunds on delivered items. It appears all claims are blindly being granted despite proof of delivery evidence.

I am now at a point where I have exhausted options with Amazon and have been unsuccessful.

Is this something you can assist with ? If not can you advise what evidence is accepted for proof of delivery in A to Z guarantee claims and point me in the correct direction.

Any assistance or direction will be greatly appreciated as my account is in verge of deactivation if not resolved soon.

Unfortunately it is almost impossible to win an A-Z claim these days, Amazon will always side with the Buyer, if he says he has not got it, then they will believe him regardless of what evidence you have, normally they will reject tracking if there is not a physical signature, but from our recent experience they are not even accepting these anymore even with a signature.

Are you uploading the tracking immediately on dispatch, as I know if you add it later, then they do not accept it at all.
