i get a few returns due to incorrect address or unable to forward. I'm just wondering if you can open safe-ts on these to recoup a small restocking fee? Buy shipping is always used. I've had customers open a-z cases or Amazon will just automatically refund if tracking shows returning to seller.

I included two bulleted notes below that may impact your ability to open a SAFE-T claim based on what I understand in the topic you posted. Have you already tried appealing any of the A-to-z claims to request reimbursement?
Reimbursement policy for Prepaid Return Labels (PRL) in the seller-fulfilled network - SAFE-T claims allow sellers using Prepaid Return Labels (PRL) in the Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN) to appeal Amazon's decision to issue a refund to a customer. Please review the page for examples of eligible reimbursement scenarios.
- Orders that are damaged or lost in return transit are not eligible for reimbursement from SAFE-T including the Amazon fees or outbound shipping label costs. Contractually, you are the shipper of record and may file a claim with the carrier to recover any loss.
- Orders with an A-to-z Guarantee claim are not eligible for SAFE-T claims (you have the ability to Appeal an A-to-z Guarantee claim).
Undeliverable Packages - When the carrier returns a package as undeliverable, we automatically begin issuing a full refund (including shipping charges, except for some handling charges). You receive an email confirming the return and refund details within 48 hours of the undeliverable scan.
