Are Amazon employees taking part in the SCAM because we can't seem to get any help with this fraud?
FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD
Order# 111-9656554-5464216, 114-5806859-0517034, 114-8220584-9055404,111-6334584-8669847,114-8633277-3339425,
113-7981594-5511418,114-0321456-6272262, and we have more to list if anybody cares to help from Amazon--as if that would happen.
All of these orders have been marked as fraudulent by our investigations. We have spoken via telephone with the recipients where the packages where actually shipped to. Each person confirmed they ALL RECEIVED their 3 bottles of Jade East, but also stated that they did NOT place these orders that they received from us on Amazon, but on another website/platform such as Walmart at a lower price than offered on Amazon. We noted this exact same message with many of these different buyers/transactions fraudulently claiming they didn't receive their items:
what's wrong with my order? i checked everywhere it may have been delivered, but the result is nothing I found out. i don't want to wait anymore, Please refund. i will appreciate your service here!"
You will see upon further investigation through the buyer/seller message platform on Amazon, that all of these orders have this copied and pasted scam message, word for word. This is an organized crime SCAM. Our final confirmation of this was through direct contact with the recipients, We spoke directly with Mr Fred and Sandra Gipe who are such recipients of one of these orders and confirmed they never made this purchase on Amazon, but did so on Walmart for $74.00. Undercutting Amazon by 10% driving traffic to these fraudulent listings with no real inventory on other online platforms.
Here is how it all started since we noticed the first fraudulent buyer/order in October. After getting hit with dozens of "delivered" but "never received" A to Z claims in favor of the customer I started to notice a pattern as the claims were rampant within the last 3 months. First piece of the puzzle was that all of the listings that were hit with this SCAM in particular all involved our cologne and aftershave items, particularly those sold in 3 bottle bundles. Purchases were always made by consumers that had never before purchased from us, and the orders were always shipping to a name other than the name of the person who made the purchase. The other pattern that quickly emerged, was unfortunately one that came too late as it was just as we were being hit with the A to Z claim. All messages from these bogus buyers were either identical or very similar, especially these messages in particular:
what's wrong with my order? i checked everywhere it may have been delivered, but the result is nothing I found out. i don't want to wait anymore, Please refund. i will appreciate your service here!
The messages were all EXACTLY like this, with punctuation and grammatical issues, so it was hard to miss. However, I still couldn't figure out how the SCAM was working and unfortunately, I was not getting any help from Amazon Seller Central Support. After, hours and hours of frustration with Amazon associates who offered no help other than lip service and faked sympathy for how frustrating this must be, I started doing so of my own investigating. I was able to find many of the recipients' phone numbers through google and decided to give them a call about these orders. I contacted several of these recipients and let them know that I was calling them regarding their "missing package" of cologne/aftershave.
Much to my shock, each and every one of them emphatically denied making a claim that they never received the package and said they HAD indeed RECEIVED their package, and early or on time. More importantly, they all stated that they either did NOT even have Amazon accounts or that they had not purchased their cologne/aftershave on Amazon but elsewhere, such as Walmart.com
I am not sure how much more evidence Amazon needs to do something about this SCAM that has been happening since at least October, but the evidence will punch you in the face when you put the pieces together. I uncovered even more obvious fraudulent behavior when I went to fight these A to Z claims as I discovered more proof with identical, copied and pasted complaints from these different buyers as shown below:

So my question is, is this an inside job because thus far I can't get anybody to take me seriously and I keep having A to Z claims ruled in favor of the fraudulent buyer? Is this how Amazon is making up for their losses? Can we no longer trust Amazon and their consumers? Thus far, we are left cancelling all orders that meet the criteria that we have found for these type of orders and spending a lot of time researching and reaching out to the direct recipient of the packages not the buyers. Shame on you Amazon.

It sounds like Walmart "sellers" are drop shipping your items. Also, maybe trying to smear your Amazon store (but if they are using you to drop ship, that doesn't make much sense).
Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC
Sorry, I tried to read your long sermon and didn't understand anything. How do you wait a seller support member, which often English is not their native language, could understand you?
Could you describe the problem the way everybody understands? I mean, did you receive refund request for orders you didn't sell and send?
Oh, after reading the comment of @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 I understand. IF this is a dropshipper on Walmart, you can certainly stop this by contacting Walmart asking to take down this product.
Seller_1T2lQGbwtB8x9
Walmart has a huge issue with fraudulent listings.
We sell there too, but have found a few sellers who directly copied our listing, pictures, and description.
We contacted Walmart through their IP complaints department and explained the situation and had them all removed, but if it's happening to us in a fairly niche market I expect it's rampant on the whole site.
The giveaway is that the sellers are all, shall I say, far eastern. They all have terrible seller feedback as you would expect.
Keep utilizing Amazon Buy Shipping to at least mitigate the AtoZ claims, it's Amazon's money and Amazon's problem. You tried warning them, if they don't take action I wouldn't lose sleep over a trillion dollar company losing money because of their own incompetence.

I know exactly what is happening here and I am collecting information from as many sellers as I can to force a change.
What is the ASIN AND YOUR STORE NAME? I’ll reach out and help you…I am almost certain I know who is doing this.
Seller_kZvm6BR3doXxX
I found the Walmart seller/scammer. The bad news is the listing is dead and their account appears to be suspended.
The good news is you have some information (customer info) that you can use to figure out where their “returns center” is potentially.
Also, since these d-bags almost always have multiple listings. It should be pretty easy to find the others. They will often times omit several letters in the title, change the brand to some nonsense name, etc.
I have gotten pretty good at messing with these jerks and am currently working on something to put an end to it!
Seller_VKaD8B0OLgjxe
This happened to us in Sept and Nov of 2023. Same "item not received" messages with copy and pasted responses that always wanted a refund and never a reship.
No help from Amazon on this issue. We sent out orders with signature required and would still loss A to Z claims. We had pictures of the item delivered at the same home on Google Earth and still lost claims.
We could not find our items on Walmart or any other site at the time. We sell on all top marketplaces including Walmart and we are adding more this year with the hope of beating them by being everywhere that we can be.
We lost around $ 4,000 to $5,000 from this activity in 2023. We reported every request to the buyer abuse website. I am hoping that they incorporate more options into seller messaging for buyer abuse so you do not have to go to another website soon. Also would like the option of selecting "buyer claims they did not receive item but shows delivered" as a drop down option when refunding someone if you chose to go that way to avoid an A to Z. It would help them to see how many sellers are doing this and which buyer accounts are over using the did not receive request.
I will say at the Amazon seller conference in Sept they did talk about buyer fraud for the first time and I felt that the team that works on buyer fraud cared about the sellers concerns.
Seller_7ZHWLxWqqZ8uG
This is the oldest trick in the book. Its very simple what they are doing. They know 1- your going to be shipping such an item without signature required. 2- if they file an A-Z claim amazon will give them the money back. 3- they'll sell your item on another platform for less thereby grabbing your sales, buying it from you at a higher price, and getting the refund from amazon, pocketing the full sale proceeds from the other platforms. By the time any of the marketplaces catch on, they've banked a nice chunk of change. Rinse and repeat. Its pretty ridiculous how terrible Amazon support has become. its really disgusting that honest people cant even get a leg up and all these crooks get away with highway robbery.
Seller_z1JDNz6de1lqc
Amazon is mostly bots and over seas temps that know nothing about anything probably farmed out to alibaba for customer service.
Seller_HP0CuTSNvJvu9
You are NOT alone. See my reply here with a list of other canned messages from the same exact scammer you're posting about. All confirmed. They've been getting away with it since AT LEAST October 2022 (That's the first time I see where I got one of the A-to-z claims that I can verify)
Seller_aPu8oKiQ6829I
They do not care. They make their money on the sellers, not the buyers. It doesn't matter how many times you make safe claims and reach out to them for help. They don't care. In 98% of cases where we encountered fraud, return manipulation, or damaged returns and we filed cases 2% of the time was successful. Thousands of dollars are thrown away at the seller's expense with no remorse or support. Price your products accordingly to account for the robbery amazon helps run rampant on their platform and def keep your eye out for the other platforms. Walmart has been getting better and better at working with sellers and in our experience they are way better at protecting and caring for their sellers than amazon. We are at a point where we are seriously considering closing our amazon shop due to their blatant disregard for sellers.
