Brand Registry is "Case Closed" but is Still "Under Review", Cannot Re-Apply for Brand Registry
Hi @Sandy_Amazon and the Amazon Community Manager team,
My brand registry case id is 14761324031.
We applied for Brand Registry and used the IP Accelerator for the trademark application. This was rejected for a tax ID mismatch and we appealed the decision prior to realizing that the business name needed to match the name associated with the Amazon Seller account. This appeal was rejected/declined (as expected) and we are planning on reapplying since we have now corrected the owner name with the USPTO.
However, when we went to reapply it was shown that the brand name was still "Under Review" even though the case was closed and the message said to reapply once the issue had been solved.
Reading the forums, it appears that this is at least a somewhat common problem. Would you be able to help us get this case closed by the Brand Registry team so we can reapply?

Tagging some others to try and get some visibility. Again, my brand registry is "Cased Closed" but is still "Under Review". I need the brand registry team to help close this out so I can reapply with the correct information.
