Customer trying to defraud me
Dear Amazon,
The customer having order id 402-1426030-5059513 reached out to us stating that they are unable to connect the Bluetooth for which we also arrange a demo from the tech team. During the initial communication and also the tech person communicated for demo, customer never mentioned that the product is damaged.
Later the customer started messaging that the product is damaged and need to be refunded however we are willing to provide replacement after damage verification for which she denied to our executive over call.
Why Amazon customer care keep on overriding the product policy and soon will help the customer to A to Z claim as well where as the customer is being unreasonable. We are a customer oriented brand however this customer is very unreasonable from the day one and keep on pressing for return and refund.
We expect Amazon help us regarding this order.
