Help with Autods Dropshipping. I don't have a balance to disburse.

Good morning everyone. I started dropshipping in February using Autods as an automation tool.

Everything is going well. I've been increasing my sales and confirming shipments for about a month, but I still don't have a balance to receive payments.

I've requested help on several occasions through Amazon support, but the responses vary.

Some tell me there are no payments available because the order status doesn't change from shipped to delivered. Others tell me this isn't important.

Others tell me it's because I have a 7% late delivery rate, which I´m working for reduce it

Please, if anyone uses Autods to automate their dropshipping, I need your help, as for now, this would be my only source of income, and not being able to receive payments would affect me.

I would appreciate any help you can give me.

Thank you, good day

You should be more worried about the drop shipping violation you are most likely going to get and have your account shut down.

So you've been doing this for roughly a month, and have a bad late delivery rate.

Even if your metrics were perfect, I would not expect you to see any funds more out of reserve in the first month; Amazon wants to make sure that you are legit. And a bad rate on your delivery is only going to delay them thinking that you are reliable.

You'll just have to wait; it could easily be another month before funds move out of reserve, and even then, it will only be a small amount of it for now (some people have been selling for years and still have 50% held in reserve).

In the meantime, since you are using a service, I would recommend you spend your time making sure that everything is 100% in compliance; that they not only are showing you as the "Seller of record" and following all other rules for dropshipping, but also that you are a fully authorized seller of all of the brands you are selling. This is not authorization that you get from the dropshipping service, or from Amazon, but directly from the brand; it needs to be in writing, and specify that you are authorized to sell their products ON AMAZON, and also that the service you are using is authorized to distribute the brand. Without that, if there are any complaints about the authenticity of your products, no matter how small or minor (a review "This doesn't look like the other one I bought before", etc.), you will have nothing to fall back on, as you will not have a verifiable supply chain.

Wanted to jump in here with some text from a thread I wrote a few years back on this topic. Drop shipping has been a hotly debated topic here on the Seller Forums. And there’s good reason. It’s a popular concept and can be a good way to jump start your business, but it’s easy to do it incorrectly—which can lead to serious consequences.

Drop shipping: the DO list

  • If you intend to fulfill orders using another company’s fulfillment service, a third-party logistics company, or a drop shipper, you must always:
  • Have an agreement with your supplier where you are the only seller of record and the only entity identified as the seller of your products on all packing slips, invoices, external packaging, or any other information included or provided in connection with the products.
  • Remove any packing slips, invoices, external packaging, or other information identifying a different seller or third-party supplier prior to shipping the order.
  • Remain responsible for accepting and processing customer returns, and always comply with the Business Solutions Agreement (BSA) and applicable Amazon policies.

Drop shipping: the DON’T list

Examples of Amazon Drop Shipping Policy violations include:

  • Purchasing products from a third party, including Amazon or another seller in Amazon’s stores, and having that third party ship directly to customers, if the shipment does not identify you as the seller of record or if anyone other than you (including the third party) appears on packing slips, invoices, or external packaging, it is strictly prohibited without exception.
  • Shipping orders with packing slips, invoices, external packaging, or other information indicating a seller name or contact information other than your own is also strictly prohibited.

Be sure to check out the drop shipping video in Seller University for more information on how to appropriately drop ship on Amazon—as well as the repercussions if you don’t.

If you're having specific issues with your account, or anything else, I recommend reaching out to Seller Support directly.
