Seller has hijacked my Brand name and amz asks me for approval to sell

So a CN seller has hijacked one of my brand names and changed it in the listing somehow, now when I go to send in my inventory amazon says "you need approval to sell this item"

This is for a totally unique branded item I created from scratch, not a widget.

So I am just wondering what is the best action to take to fix this without wasting a bunch of my time.
