A customer bought 4 of the same item. Not thinking, I purchased a shipping label for 1 of the 4 items.
How do I cancel that shipping label and create a new one for all 4 to go in the same package?

Go to the order and click the button that says, "Refund purchased shipping label", and then re-purchase the correct shipping label. The original shipping label will be refunded after a couple of weeks as long as it isn't used.
