We received a performance notification saying that due to a sudden spike of orders the orders are being temporarily restricted on my account.We did not even receive more than 0 orders but still we got an email mentioning a spike of the orders.
Amazon has made my listing status inactive. My listing status is inactive and we are not able to activate it.
Within 5 days, this is the FIVE time my listing status has been inactive again without any reason.
We are not getting any help from the team.
What are we supposed to do?
No amazon team is helping us.
My listing visibility is being impacted as all my listings are inactive.
We are facing so much loss and There is no team that is able to help us.
We need your help urgently.

I faced the same issue a few days ago, but today my account became active again. The inactivity was due to Amazon automatically adding six holidays for Diwali, which caused many accounts to go inactive. I raised a ticket to resolve it three days ago, and now it's been fixed. I recommend raising a ticket and being persistent with Seller Central agents—it should get resolved soon.

Check who all have access of your account and change your password, activate 2 step verification.
If still you face such incident, just make a detailed email, take all important Screenshot and generate proper case in front of team.
Check you Account health for any compliance notice or issue.

Due to Amazon logistic hub overload in your area, Amazon inactive our listing, they give preference to seller whose product is weight is less and ASP is more, they divert traffic to them.
Same thing Flipkart also doing, we dont have any control on our listing or on our account, they can do any thing when they want to do.

ALSO THIS WAS HAPPENING, DUE TO EASY SHIP PACKING NORMS, MANY SELLERS WERE NOT PUTTING IN INVOICE OR MRP IN THE PACKET, HENCE DUE TO NON FOLLOWING OF EASY SHIP GUIDELINES ALSO THIS HAPPENED
