Distribution agreements are not enforced (Not accepted) - Infringement type: Trade mark: Counterfeit
While submitting the infringement report via Brand Registry (Infringement type: Trade mark: Counterfeit) we are facing a problem "Distribution agreements are not enforced" so the violation report is not accepted.
Status details:
Amazon respects a manufacturer’s right to enter into distribution agreements for its products. However, violations of such agreements do not constitute intellectual property rights infringement. As the enforcement of these agreements is a matter between the manufacturer and the retailers, Amazon does not assist in enforcement activities.
While The Chinese Seller hijacked our listing and seller under our brand name, we have submitted specific more than 100+ reports before it we never have faced this issue before as we are registered trademark in the specific market and registered on Amazon Brand Registry.
Can anyone know, how we can resolve this problem, There is no solution either in Cases with Amazon support.

Makes me wonder if the Chinese seller has made a fake agreement, more than likely with a fake signature from yourselves as brand owner. Not sure how you get round that one, other than telling SS that you do not have any Distribution Agreements for your items in place with any 3rd party, this may prompt them to take another look.
