Im trying to set up an Amazon Singapore account, however, it created a seller account for me in North America and I keep getting this error message when trying to create a Singapore account which was what I intended, please help.

Do you have a valid credit card (not a debit card) under your Account Info > Charge Methods?
You most likely need to update your credit card info before you can create a Singapore Account.
