Brand registry status "Answered" but Status still "Pending"

Brand registry status "Answered" but Status still "Pending"

I submitted brand registry case 13712185531 for my brand and is in answered status. I don´t get any notification and can move forward, ask for help or start registration again. Could you please give me an update?
