Safe-T claim
Dear Amazone team,
I would like to share issue here,
The issue is When we tried to file safe-T claim within 15 days, its show we are not eligable up to 50 days like that notifacation shows. When we claimed after 50 days then we are receiving reply that seller should claim within 15 days.
This is not our issue. The problem is from amazon portal.
I lost my product and however I never got solution from amazon team.
I am really disappointed.
Earlier also for one returning order i had claimed and same issue happened, after many conversation with amazone team finally they said don't claim again.
We are helpless due this issue.
Kindly investigate and consider safe-T claim.

Sample problem , in a week my 2 order same thing 50 days cover , i am take photo 90% time he told agar upko nehi aya tha upko 15 din andar contact karna up late ho gaye ho , upko refund amazon terms condion nehi milega

I OBSERVED THAT AMAZON CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER ONLY. THEY DO NOT GAVE MUCH SUPPORT TO INDIAN SELLERS. WE ARE HIGHLY DISSATISFIED WITH AMAZON POLICY. AMAZON SHOULD HAVE THIS KIND OF POLICY FOR THEIR SELLING UNITS ONLY.
THEY SHOULD HAVE POLICY WHICH IS ACCORDING TO EACH SELLER RETURN POLICY. EBAY IS ANOTHER BEST EXAMPLE. BUSINESS SHOULD RUN ETHICALLY.
IF PRODUCT COMES WITH WARRANTY THEN PRODUCT SHOULD BE NON RETURNABLE.
