Remove a Primary Account Manager from Global Account
Hello Amazon ,
I am writing as the owner of a Brand Registered manufacturing company which sells products on Amazon via Seller Central under an account in our business name. We previously also sold through Amazon Vendor Central but stopped this over 5 years ago.
In Seller Central, under 'Global User Permissions' - we have two 'Primary Account Managers' : me and JB (example name only). JB was a company we hired to setup our Seller Central account a number of years ago. We have recently ended the agreement with JB and they are not associated with our company anymore.
So, we now need to remove JB as a 'Primary Account Manager' of our global account.
We have contacted Amazon Seller support via chat (case ID16642518731) however they were unable to resolve this for us. They have stated that removing a primary account user is not possible, however, the implication of this is that a person no longer associated to a business can have access to a Seller Central account in perpetuity, which should not be the case.
Can you please escalate this issue to your leadership team?

I do see that our partner team is working with our tech team to via case 16642518731 to see if removing one of the primary account managers is possible.
