I'm getting the following error 'The SKU does not match any ASIN and contains invalid value(s) for attributes required for creation of a new ASIN.' while adding a valid UPC code. UPC code details are as follows,

Did you buy the code from GS1, the only accepted supplier for Amazon?
If yes, did you wait some days? The systems have to synchronize.
Go check on the website of GS1, called gepir, if your UPC is really attributed to your name, as in your account settings under "Legal Entity".
If you say yes to anything, know that you can no loger use the UPC you used for your first listings. Each time you have to take a brandnew UPC.

It is true that it can take a couple of days for UPC codes purchased through GS1 to update throughout the Amazon ecosystem! If this is still persisting, you might want to create a case with seller support for more technical troubleshooting!
