Easy ship Scheduling pickup issue

Hi,

From past 2 days i am trying to schedule 1 easyship pickup but not able to do the same. It is giving the message " Sorry, we currently do not have a pickup slot for this shipment. This is likely because either you or the customer are from a non-operational location or part of a containment zone (check coverage here). If both pincodes are operational, please try again after sometime. Please be assured, we will reimburse any cancellation charges and there will be no negative impact on your selling account for these orders.If issue persists, [contact seller support](https://sellercentral.amazon.in/hz/contact-us?"

Tried contacting them through call but no response. have mailed them the same but no reply. I have checked in their excel sheet for easy ship coverage of both side pincodes. Can anyone tell me how to resolve the same.

I know, as customer support say, there will be no impact on account health due to cancellation but i don’t want my order to get cancelled.

Same here, so much so it is taking forever to get a customer care executive on call. I am getting 1 week later date for pick up with no option for rescheduling. Many customer are canceling the order for delay in shipment. It all has gone into such chaos in last 3-4 days. I have no idea why Amazon is accepting such orders from the areas that are undeliverable. I have been charged for multiple orders that I was unable to schedule. And all these are pilling up making it harder to keep track of. This is getting really frustrating.

same problem we are facing with approx 80 orders and no response from performance team or customer care team, we are not getting pickup slot and no support as well, what to do.

I am also facing the same issue now and i had same issue before also. Last time I tried to contact seller support through call many times by waiting 30 min or more in each call, but no response. I haven’t received the reply on mail also. Bad customer care support.

Even if you contact seller support by any chance, they will tell you to cancel the order and will say this won’t hamper your account health and no cancellation charges will be deducted. But still either we have to cancel it or it will get auto cancel. In every situation we are in total loss!!!

Hello i was getting same issue last week but now scheduling works ok. but still the pickup date showing 3-4 days late and because of this cs cancelling order. this is loss to seller and amazon is not helping on this. when we raise query they just copy-paste templates.

HI ,

Seems like a bug for one week But one hack that worked for me is as follows: Once you get this error,change the dimension or weight values to a different value and click on Schedule pickup(repeat with different values if does not work one time)
It starts showing the slots and then you can put your original weight and dimension entries back.

i am facing same issue for srinagar (jammu and kashmir) shipment. called and wait for 17 min but no response i mailed 4 times since its been 4 days but i got no response form amazon side… this amazon is totally different when i was started my buiseness in amazon…

SAME WITH US , WE HAVE 120+ ORDERS ,SOME OF THEIR DATE OF SHIPPING IS 14TH SEPTEMBER AND EDD IS IN OCTOBER,no orders are being scheduled
NEITHER ME NOR THE BUYERS ARE IN CONTAINMENT ZONE AND ADEQUATE PICKUP FACILITY AND MANPOWER IS AVAILABLE AT MY PINCODE 250001
AND THE BIGGEST JOKE IS IF COVID IS THE REASON THEN WHY AM I NOT GETTING SIMILIAR TIMELINES FOR CONFIRMED ORDERS ???

Easy ship pickup slot issues, our Late dispatch rate increased upto 13% for 1200 orders. Due to this Amazon removed the Prime Tag. But Seller support still mailing since 10 days that negative impact will not be appeared in the account.

Seems like a bug for one week But one hack that worked for me is as follows: Once you get this error,change the dimension or weight values to a different value and click on Schedule pickup(repeat with different values if does not work one time)
It starts showing the slots and then you can put your original weight and dimension entries back.
