Another boring SSA issue?
Yesterday I have discovered that a book I have listed for sale had a promised delivery of 30/11-1/12, that is 2 weeks of delivery!
This was a total surprise for me, because I ship within 24 hour any order and I deliver usually, in 3-5 working days. I used to see that the delivery promise was one week, not two!
Why this? I have had recently maybe two delays out of 50 shipments, one due to a hard to find address, one to customer never at home.
Any suggestion? Can I switch off SSA? Change courier? Join the navy?

I have never had SSA switched on ever.
Turn it off and set your own delivery times.
