A to Z claim
Amazon --
Buyer requested a return which I accepted and thereafter sent a prepaid return label to the Buyer. She was informed that she would receive a full refund after the seller receives the package of returned goods.
Nevertheless, Buyer elected to open an A to Z claim before she even posted the returned items via UPS. The claim was opened and counted against our defect rate.
We just received the package of returned goods today, and we issued a full refund. Nevertheless, the A to Z claim is still counting against our defect rate. The negative impact of this action is totally against Amazon policy, reflects incorrect and misrepresented information and is totally unfair to the seller.
