Not taking actions against fake orders despite doing many times complaint on seller suppot
We are facing issue of fake orders . We are having 2 accounts on Amazon. Both accounts we are receiving fake orders from 2 suspicious account. more then 60 + fake orders we received in our both account. Some one is doing intenstionly this thing from long time . We many times do mail to seller support many times we call them but strange no one is taking any action. every time they say contact seller support. Is there any other team we can contact. this seller support is useless. Or we have to complaint in Cyber Crime against that buyer can any one suggest.

We many times crate complaint in seller support many times we call them but strange no one is taking any action. now i think this seller support is useless. now on our account has 2 fake buyer they placed order and after deliver they return. it’s a very big loss for all amazon seller and us. why the amazon doesn’t take any action against these buyer. if amazon doesn’t take any action why they did not tell us. if amazon tell us they will not take action for us we will see this then.

The Temporary solution is, if you are selling through seller flex, just sideline those order by filling up their order id and pattern.

Is this type of orders are from {Moderator Edit: personal information removed}. I also received this type of 40+ orders in COD and currently shows as rejected or undelivered. Amazon should have take strict action against this type of fake buyers.

Same Issues with us also. Almost 80% of orders from West Bengal are Fraud they purchase & return fake & used product. Which impacts our product & seller metrics.

same here mostly these orders are coming from Eastern UP, Bihar and West Bengal. We stopped selling there. It’s strange according to amazon those who are paying prepaid are genuine but they know how to get rid of this loophole. Amazon is losing revenue and we are losing products and sales. Shame!

Same is happening from banglore and manglore address. we have raised fake order support ticket for each and every order. But customer care dont reply or they reply with “Please ship”. What is use of creating seller support when you are not solving any probelm?
