UPS OR AMAZON LOST MY BOXES

We took 8 boxes with 70 units each. Amazon says never received 3 out of the 8 boxes and also said tracking number are not valid. I checked the drop off label UPS normally give you as proof of deliver, to my surprise, they received 8 boxes but they use 3 tracking numbers only not 8. Now off course Amazon says sorry but you need to provide a valid tracking. So I went to UPS and file a CLAIM and off course they said, sorry 60 days has passed to file a claim. OMG, we are losing almost $4000 in value and no one knows where my boxes are. So who do you think should be responsible for this lose? are some UPS staff doing this on purpose to steal from sellers?

Can an AMZ moderator help us please. ?

Not an Amazon problem, you should have checked your receipt at drop off. I would however go back to UPS with any and all proof you have (weight, contents, pictures, receipt) and try to escalate it with them.

They use the same tracking number on 3 of my boxes. That means they probably did this on purpose. They said they can not do anything since 60 days has passed.

Hello @Seller_DbcsSDaMHenTu Thanks for sharing those details with us. Do I understand correctly that you are reporting three missing UPS packages, but that these packages do not have unique tracking numbers?

Have you attempted to call the UPS dedicated line for Amazon sellers: 1-800-711-5914. The UPS personnel at the above phone number are trained to support claims requested by Amazon sellers.
