Why does AMAZON allow users without [Verified Purchase] to post one-star or two-star reviews!?
A user named Guy Michael Conti left us a malicious two-star review without [purchase verification]. He has never bought any items from us, yet he claimed in his review that our game cards {Most games do not work}, maliciously defaming our product's quality. This intentional spreading of rumors has impacted our company's business! If I knew who he was in the real world, I would definitely hire the best lawyer to sue him! This is clearly a malicious review from a competitor! I hope AMAZON does not allow such bad actors to remain in the AMAZON community!! Since Guy Michael Conti has never purchased our product, how can he prove that most games on this game card do not work! Even the video he uploaded is fabricated! That's not our product! Please AMAZON, remove this false and malicious two-star review.

I understand how frustrating it can be to receive negative reviews of your products. Amazon allows users to leave reviews on products that are not necessarily bought directly from you, as long as the review meets the community guidelines:

- You can also email community-help@amazon.com and report the review there (but know you’re not likely to get a reply from this alias, even if they take action).
I have submitted a report on my end as well, but it is important that you do it as well. The results of this report may not be shared; however, disciplinary actions or removal will be taken as appropriate.
