One of our customer sent us screenshot that I have placed order on amazon, we told him we did not received it.
We told him to cancel the order as soon as we detected this FRAUD being done on Amazon!
Kindly Look into it and remove our product from this seller's listing

Hi,
This has been happening with us since such a long time and other sellers who see that the product is working great and generating sales on Amazon, are listing it under our products at much more cheaper rates.
The customers are then posting negative reviews for the product that they are getting from other sellers and our Brand reputation is getting bad on Amazon.
When we raised this complaint in Amazon, they said that they want to avoid duplicates of same products on their platform, and have given that rights to any seller to list under any product.
We then counter questioned them that then what is use of Brand Registry and what protection are you'll giving to us Sellers?
To which Amazon replied that that's just for the products to brand names, but you to use our paid services to avoid brand violations.
Wow, what ways they find to earn money from any channel they wish to.
