What is Amazon's FBA Customer Return Policy specifically on the Clothing category?

Amazon Return Support Team.
We are a clothing brand selling on Amazon USA Marketplace.
For the past few months, we have been facing huge returns and refunds on our clothing brand unnecessarily.
We appreciate that you have looked and understand our concerns for FBA Fulfilled Orders,
We are not talking about referral fees or any minor fee being given back to us.
Our main concern is that we are getting these unnecessary FBA Returns and refunds, as Amazon is giving full return/refund amounts permission to customers without even checking or verifying the nature of the return.
Most of our return inventory is used clothing articles, which are being worn and intentionally returned to us in dirty and non-usable form, Sometimes intentionally ripped, perfumed, and smelly.
As per your Refund and Refund Policy, "Amazon FBA Customer can return our product after 30 to 60 Days".
Detailed reports of customer orders and returns from 1st Jan till 10th Jan date of their purchase, Mentioned (purchasing and returning time frame specifically ). can be shared with the official Amazon senior case manager.

On which most FBA Customer Purchases exceed 30 to 60 days time Limitation
We need to know in detail as:
If all the benefits will go in the customer's favor, What are the advantages in terms of the seller on the FBA return/refund policy?
What seller benefits / Reimbursements will be given on these FBA orders that exceed the return time limit?

As customers are abusing Amazon's FBA Return Policy, Wearing / Using our clothes intentionally Damaging our product, they returning our precious goods as it is on false claims.
We are having a huge business loss of around - $12 K due to such Bad Customers.
Need urgent attention on this matter from senior Amazon Management.

I feel like you haven't actually studied the amazon return policies or these forums. This is the cost of selling on amazon. Between their return policy that gives your money and products away, many clothing listings have the "try it before you buy it" badge from amazon. This just leads to even more used returns in this catagory. If you can't adjust your prices to account for the constant returns you WILL get then you may want to explore other venues. They aren't going to change their policies and you are far from the only company facing this. Amazon makes more money on the fees from sellers than from people buying items.
And just an FYI almost everything on your amazon landing page is saying its not available.

Thanks for sharing your experience with the forums. @Seller_0rXAME9V4LQSxis correct. Clothing sold on Amazon may be returned and we do advertise to "try it before you buy it." You will need to consider your own business plan in view of the policies around clothing sales on Amazon. Best of luck to you as you adjust your business model to serve your needs.
