Premium A+ eligible but not showing?
In the past month, I created more than 15 A+ content and a Brand A+ banner for the unique ASIN of our brand. All were approved before August 26 so I was expecting to see premium A+ enabled on September 1st. Alas, no new feature or notification to access Premium A+, also no notification of non-eligibility. The eligibility condition in the doc are straightforward and I got premium A+ for a different brand in the past, am I missing something?

I'm happy to investigate to see if I can get more information, but please note that the final decisions on acceptance into a program is determined by Amazon. I have had the exact same issue. We have created over 15 A+ contents and a Brand Story. We should be eligible for Premium content. I also opened a case with support but did not have any success. The case ID is 13919754781.

Hi Glenn,
I can't determine which are the correct requirements to get a Premium A+, some pages show you need 5 Regular A+ and other pages show you need 15 Regular A+.
I have registered Brand Story for all my ASIN and uploaded more than 5 Regular A+, please help me to check why I haven't got Premium A+ yet.
