as I chekced the amaon;s website, I dont think the person following,
Customer Obsession,Ownership,Are Right, A Lot, Dive Deep
as they don't care and reply with tamplate, not even check and think.
so any one can check this case and get it right.

As @EstabrookOne stated, open that case, and click on "need more help" and choose, "have Amazon call me", and have them call you. You need to talk to an actual person, and tell them how ridiculous this is that someone has reclassified your socks as pesticides. Its happened to nearly every seller on here, including me. Remind whoever you are speaking to that the product is listed in the category "clothing and apparel" and pesticide should not even be an option for that category. Its hard to believe Amz is still letting this happen after nearly 8 years of it happening to sellers. They classified a DVD set I sold 8 years ago as a pesticide. How are things in the DVD/Media category even allowed to HAVE pesticide as an option? In your case, how is it an option for clothing and apparel to be considered as a pesticide? That question needs to be taken off of 95% of product categories, and only be an option for home and garden. THAT would probably fix it.
But yeah, reopen your case, and have them to CALL you. If theres not an option on current case, open a new one, and choose option to have them call you so you can tell an actual person how ridiculous this is. Good luck!

Yes, you can look for this workaround it happens all the time.
You simply need to go into your product and list the pesticide as not a pesticide and don't have/need the EPA code. The exact procedure can be found here or online with a search, no case or SS needed

Greetings,
In order to have the product reinstated, kindly update your detail page by removing the pesticide claims like 'Anti Microbial' from the detail page for the possible reinstatement.
If you've already done this, I recommend replying to your Seller Support case as it is still currently marked as open - pending your reply.

Many have faced this problem. Just take the pesticide test and get on with life. It is easier than battling the bots
Seller_HP0CuTSNvJvu9
What are you talking about? That doesn't solve the issue with the product. Yes, they need to take the test, but they also have to address the issue with the product. The product still needs to be FDA Registered as a pesticide if it has a pesticide claim, or have the offending data removed. In this case, it probably says microban, antimicrobial, kills bacteria, or something like that.
Even items that DON'T have those claims, like "Biodegradable" or "Bio-based" are being erroneously flagged for containing "Bio."

You will need to remove from the ASIN what is causing the bots to think that this has pesticidal properties. It may not be what you think it is.

We would send a photo of the sock with the ASIN. State that it not a pesticide. As others have said Check the listing for tricker word. We always keep our wording simple and short. Good luck.
