A Competitor Leaving bad feedback and review on my listing.
There is a competitor who purchased my product left negative feedback claiming that the item came empty and how our company is a scam, amazon removed the feedback and took responsibility for the fulfillment of the product, but then the competitor went ahead and left a negative review contradicting his feedback claiming that the item tasted nasty and disgusting, due to amazon taking down his feedback they went ahead and ordered again to try to leave negative feedback, which amazon removed. I made a case which has gone silent and haven’t heard from amazon to try to fix this issue.

While there's no way to directly link a review to a customer -- from what you say, I suspect it probably is the same buyer. Amazon rarely does anything about reviews.

I'm sorry to hear about the abusive feedback and reviews, but I'm glad to hear we were able to take action and get those removed. Just to confirm, has the buyer left a negative review again? Or do you suspect they will be leaving a negative review?

tracking number shows that buyers posted bad reviews BEFORE receiving the item, could you please help us?
