How to Discover New Relevant Keywords for an Entire Category (Arch Supports)?
Hi everyone,
I sell products in the Arch Supports category, and I've recently noticed a significant drop in sales. It seems like the keywords for this category might have changed or become less effective, as my advertising campaigns are not yielding the desired results anymore.
I understand there are various tools for researching keywords for individual ASINs, but I'm looking for a more comprehensive approach to identify new, relevant keywords for the entire category.
Does anyone have experience or advice on:
Tools or methods to discover trending or relevant keywords across a full category?Strategies for staying updated on keyword changes in niche markets like arch supports?Tips for optimizing ads to target new, broader keyword sets effectively?
Any insights, suggestions, or case studies would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Hi @Seller_GOWtK86RCnVGS,
If your brand is registered with Amazon Brand Registry, you have access to Brand Analytics in Seller Central. Navigate to 'Brands' > 'Brand Analytics' and then to 'Search Analytics'.
The 'Top search terms' report is particularly useful. It provides data on over 3 million frequently searched keywords, which you can download on a weekly basis. Once imported into Excel, you can filter and search by keywords, brands and categories.
By downloading the data regularly, you can track how the popularity of specific keywords (measured by Search Frequency Rank) changes over time.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards, Michael

Search Query Performance Report. As MH described how to find. Look at what KWs amazon thinks you might do better. Also use broad and phrase campaigns to test for long tail KWs in the niche you are doing well in. Also need to heavily use negation on no sale/irrelevant/or high ACOS KWs in broad/phrase/auto campaigns. It would take hours of my time to explain how to do this exactly. But this should get you started on the path.

You may also be impacted by Amazon's updated (late 2024) search algorithm. This change really impacted our listings. You'll want to spend some time researching this and how you may need to update your listings.
