My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am happy to assist with your removed listing. Thank you for providing the case numbers. Unfortunately any claim of preventing bacteria does call into a common pesticide claim and you can find all that information on the Pest control products and pesticides help page.

I see that one of your ASINs has already been reinstated, but the other 2 did trigger a Restricted Product Policy violation and therefore the first step to resolving this is to remove the violation. If you have not already, I recommend the same as @Seller_BKiMRa98G1c8Xand contact Account Health. I did see that the status on those violations are both that an evaluation is in progress.

You mostly will not be able to move forward or provide any updates to the ASIN until the violation has been removed. Once the violation has been removed, you should be able to access the ASIN in edit listing and since you have already deleted the A+ content that should remove any reference to bacteria on the ASIN.

IF the violations are removed and your still seeing the ASINs in the fix your products dashboard as having the detail page removed, I recommend you do a full flat file update. You can grab the template from the "Add products via upload," dashboard under the catalog menu in Seller Central.
