A complete joke on account suspension, reactivation, and funds disbursement
Thia is a follow up to to my original post about my account being deactivated after 5 years:
Every time I have done an appeal over the past 3 months, it is denied with no reason given. Then last week I got an email to do the process for funds disbursement. I did the video chat and and explained everything to the person, and he was pretty confident that my funds ($1045) would be released.
Today I get an email saying Amazon will not release my funds. This is the email that I sent back:
Hello.
Last week I did the video chat about having my funds disbursed that have been on hold since the end of November. Over the past 3 months I have filed several appeals to have my account reactivated, and each time I get the same copy/paste response saying Amazon will not reactivate my account this no reason given.
I have made it clear in the emails that there are currently 3 sellers (from China) selling the exact same F9 LED vehicle bulb that I had been selling for years, yet they are allowed to sell it and didn't get deactivated.
This is nothing but pure discrimination against me since I am a US based seller. No one from Amazon has contacted me to give me any specifics as to why after selling since 2019 all of a sudden there was a problem.
You are stating the following "we have determined that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store." Yet you provided NO EVIDENCE of that at all, not even one example. In fact the exact opposite is true. I had a perfect seller review score by customers, and the products that I have sold had hundreds of 4-and-5 star reviews. Whenever there was a product issue or a warranty claim, it was taken care of right away with a new replacement sent out.
In fact over the years Amazon has made over $65K in Advertising revenue that I have paid out of my selling profits, not to mention all of the other selling fees, and no issue was ever brought up by Amazon. If my products were an issue, then why was I allowed to sell for over 5 years, allowed to join Brand Registry, get Trademarked and joing Amazon Transparency?
It is clear that Amazon does not want competition from US sellers, and only wants overseas sellers. As I mentioned, there are 3 overseas sellers that are selling the same exact F9 LED bulb that I had been selling for several years. Amazon is allowing them to sell the product directly from China (not from the US), and not suspending their accounts:

I have reviewed your original post, and I see that your account has been deactivated for restricted products specifically for items that are classified as "LED Headlamp Conversation Kits". Here is the specific policy page that states that these items are prohibited. For these types of deactivations, a dispute-proving that your account has been deactivated in error, will be required to reactivate the account. A dispute should include proof that the items that you have listed are not in violation of the policy that I posted above. If a valid dispute is not provided, we cannot promise a resolution of this issue.
Can you share what information you have submitted in your dispute so far? Have you provided any proof that the item you listed, cannot be considered as an "LED Headlamp Conversation Kit"? If so, what proof have you provided? Were there any listing details that would have implied that this product is a conversion kit?

Based off of the performance notification that you have provided, and per our funds withholding policy, we may not disburse funds until the account issue has been resolved. When you successfully reactivate your account, you will have full access to your funds.
