Transparency code double use question
Hello, I have a question about transparency codes. I sold an item with a transparency code and the item was returned to me in the past, when I re-sold the item amazon said I had already used that code before. Thing is I was just selling the returned item.
I had a customer order 100 items from me and they returned every unit. They are all still brand new. Will amazon tell me I have already used these codes? By the way these were in FBA and I plan on re-sending the units to FBA but I don't want to run into any transparency code problems with amazon.

Have you opened a case with Seller Support? If not, I recommend reaching out there. Let them know your issue and include your brand name and the ASIN.
There is also a "contact us" form on the Transparency information page if you would like to start there instead.
They will make sure that you are enrolled in Brand Registry with a government-registered trademark and have a Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) for your product.
