Ecommerce thieves are Encouraged by Amazon
I have been selling on Amazon for so many years and past years I experienced a lot of returns. And I complaint to Amazon that there are so many fake customers are there in the market, especially COD customers. They are not true customers but harassment by other competitors or other players. I demanded to give power to cancel such kind of orders. We can recognise the fake order by their profile and easily we know they are fake, but Amazon never hear our plea. Instead, Amazon punishes the sellers if they cancel the order. Many time I cancelled the order and lost more than my profit. Where is the justice we don't know. Neither Amazon block these fake buyers in the market. My product is electronic components and once damaged can't be used. When we ship and return packages are damaged and components to get damaged. So here we are losing double the amount. and it is total loss. Amazon should allow us to cancel certain fake buyers and protect our goods from damage and loss. Amazon should filter out all the fake consumers for better quality of business.

This is nothing compared to what we facing..we have expirieanced undelivered order returning packs & item is changed & returned to us... & when re[ported to amazon instaed of investigation we are adviced to file safe t claim. How it is possible that an undelivered pack iis changed until someone in Amazon shipping do this kind of fraudulent activity.. & this happened last week & previously multiple times months ago with same pattern & what's more they choose particular matching products.

We understand that you are facing this issue. Please be informed, you are not alone. All the sellers have to face this. Amazon has no technically strong team to analyze the customer base. They count phone and email that are associated with their accounts not the integrity of the customer. You are correct by saying Amazon is supporting this heist by encouraging.
Their seller support team is incompetent to handle these cases. They have been asked to copy and paste a resolution to close the issue.

i agree with you. Just like UBER / RAPIDO where driver has option to accept a ride, the same should be allowed in marketplace ecommerce where seller has choice to accept or reject a order.

Many times we get wrong cod items returned. Courier guys keep those items and pack cheap item in Amazon polybags, paste the shipping lable and return it......Even when we raise safe t claims, Amazon is warning that we are raising fake claims by using repeated images. Soon we will loose ability to file safe t claims
