since this morning UPS is not available on my buy shipping label list , it seems there was an update on shipping section it looks different (shows protected .... note)
anybody else has the same issue?

Our partner teams have been notified about problems selecting UPS in Buy Shipping, and they are working now to investigate and fix those issues.
Our team will post updates as we receive them, and of course, please let us know if you are seeing anything on your end.
In the meantime, sellers always have the option to purchase shipping outside of Buy Shipping as long as the service meets the delivery promise.
