Easyship courier service doing fraud becuase product change in transit and delivered wrong product to customer

facing the same issue from last 2-3 months. Amazon is not taking any action on this frauds. They have a same answer for any kind of fraud/scam & that is there so-called Safe t Claim policy in which they also not claim us the whole amount of our product, only 20-50% max to max. Even for once if we keep these things aside, what about our metrics & feedbacks, customer service which is keep going in negative. How is This Possible that we are work Continue with Amazon.

This main issue is done by your pickup agent only , I have caught him by collecting 10 Labels same line on them [Moderator: content removed for violating the Community Guidelines]

i am also facing this problem.

they also playing game of pickeup. whenever want to pickup the order, they come and pickup.
