A Customer placed an order and replaced the original product with a different product and also demanded a refund saying the order is wrong. Hanyya placed the order. Amazon executives should have checked properly before accepting the return order. the original product was worth 500 INR. It is so difficult for small sellers to sell on Amazon because of such scammers. Amazon on the other hand lacked in their expertise.
We are not going to continue selling on Amazon as we are facing huge losses due to such endless fake orders and false claims.
