Hi, Amazon deactivate my seller account because of "P-4 Verification" of the "Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement". I dont know why, i submited all the documents they wrote me to submit more than 24 hours ago and i have no answers. Please if someone can help me to stay calm i will be really pleased..
I have a lot of stock on amazon´s fba centers and also on these days i am receiving a lot of stock as well on their FBA and i dont know what happens now as im suspended.
Also i cannot sell on amazon with my account suspended. Im really desperate, i need some answer, that´s why i create this post.

EVERYTHING is backed up due to all the suspensions for people that simply can't be bothered to read any rules as well as other changes that they have made regarding ‘generic’ product rules.
Amazon time is not anything close to what the rest of the world recognizes as a time frame. That (insert a number) of hours used so often by Amazon can be anywhere from three days to three weeks or even longer.
Honestly if anything less than two to three weeks is 'too long' you are going to have a very stressful AND disappointing time on Amazon.
They are well known for making a snail look fast.

@Connor_AmazonThis week i was recieving stock on Amazon´s fullfilment center. Now i have the account deactivated. Will amazon recieve my stock as well? Since i have no answers from amazon since i uploaded all the required documents

I don't use FBA but I have seen posts that say your items will go into a 'stranded' status until this gets straightened out.
Normally what we see on here is a Section 3 issue. What is a ""P-4 Verification" since I don't recall seeing it before?

The message amazon gave me is: "Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated, and your listings have been removed in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. Why did this happen? We need additional documentation to verify your identity and account ownership. For more information on our requirements, check section "P-4 Verification" of the "Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement".
I dont understand why they suspended my account and also why still they didnt reactivate it. I submitted correctly all the documents they asked me.
