Help center page keeps loading

I am trying to contact Amazon about an urgent issue, but the help center page keeps reloading. I have cleared my cache, tried different browsers, am not logged into any other accounts and have also tried going to the help page from other locations rather than just clicking the "help" button. However, I get the same issue every time.

I am trying to contact Amazon about an urgent issue, but the help center page keeps reloading. If so, please feel free to share that information so that we may better understand what you are experiencing. With this in mind, some basic troubleshooting options would the following:

- Clear cookies and caches.

- Disable any running scripts.

- Logout from all Amazon account Sellers and buyers.

- Restart the browser.

- Try calling from a different browser.

- Try using incognito mode of browser for calling

Do you have any browser plug-ins that might block the help page from coming up? Sometimes it's a pop-over instead of a brand new page.

Alternately, perhaps someone here on the forums can help you with your issue, or provide suggestions on a resolution.
