Account suspended need guidance

My Amazon seller account (LOBOLIC) has been suspended. I believe the suspension occurred because my account was accessed from my boyfriend Mahmut's computer. Mahmut was helping his friend, Yunus Emre Polat, manage his own Amazon account by showing him a few things. During this process, my Amazon account was also open on Mahmut's computer, which may have caused confusion between the accounts. I am seeking guidance on how to resolve this issue. Both accounts are managed by different individuals, and there is no commercial connection between them. I would appreciate any help regarding the steps I need to take to restore my account.
