Does anyone know how to activate the ability to Comment on customer product reviews within your Seller Central account?

As stated on the following help page:

"Sellers can add a comment to a review by clicking the Comment button below the review."

Looks like Amazon forgot to update a help page. It would really help if they used date stamps when they revise pages, like most other websites use.

Amazon dispensed with the ability to comment of product reviews many moons ago. As far as I know, they've never reversed that decision, but perhaps someone else knows something I don't know.

It doesn't exist anymore. But I think it was very useful feature.

Sadly Amazon did away with that ability. At least when they allowed it, we could put a comment to set the record straight on a clueless buyer spreading misinformation, but now anyone can say anything they want no matter how much they have no idea what they are doing so that they can confuse everyone.

As mentioned by other sellers this feature is no longer offered according to my research however I am having this help page content reviewed to ensure that I get up to date information and begin the internal process to update this help page if needed. Thank you for your diligence.

...but scroll down the page and you get:

"Also, you can reach out to customers by replying to their review on the product detail page and asking them to contact you through Buyer-Seller Messaging to resolve their issues. You cannot reach out to buyers via other means."

???
