Amazon said no shipment but we did send them
Hello,
Amazon received our shipment (FBA16Z42VQYC) on Jan 29, 2023, missing 1 box (90 pcs), which is worths about 700 USD. This shipment had 10 boxes, 2 of which are lighting arresters (Total no: 180 pcs). I have called and emailed Amazon several times and got two replies from the seller support team with the same response:
"We have completed an additional check in response to your request. We have no record of receiving the following expected items: B0BJKHRDKD / -90"
I already sent the seller support all the supporting documents to prove that we did send 10 boxes and Amazon fulfillment center (FTW1)already signed the shipping document to acknowledge receiving our 10 boxes including 2 boxes of lighting arresters.
We kindly request your assistance in solving this issue since it has been dragging on for months already. Maybe one of the moderator @Danika_Amazon @Bryce_Amazon @ KJ_Amazon can escalate the case. Our case ID:12311745251.
