Stop business advisory services

Why Amazon charged for Business Advisory services for the month of March 2024? There is no confirmation from Amazon regarding starting of the services.

Without confirmation why Amazon started the services & charged from the seller account ?

Stop immediately deducting the charges in the name of Business Advisory Services. I do not need any services.

And refund the deducted money immediately.

I received a call explain about this Business Advisory services recently. After sending the details on the email, the lady (S. Singh - full named not disclosed) was continuously calling me and pushing me to enroll for this service.

I said i need time to think and decide, then she started EXPLAINING all sorts of non-sense things as why i should take the service. She says there are very limited slots only available, i said i need time to decide, else i dont mind NOT enrolling for this service. She then says that SHE IS NOT PAID ANYTHING EXTRA IF I ENROLL OR NOT ENROLL, WHY! would someone tell me such details and try hard to push me to enroll. for the service.

Lastly i sent her the below mail, for which she is not willing to reply.

Thank you for your REPEATED and CONTINOUS FOLLOW UP.

As discussed in the previous mail, i need time to plan and execute the same after enrolling for ABA. Since you have been telling me that there are limited slots only available and pushing me to decide on if i want to enroll or not to enroll after trying to EXPLAIN me that without using the services you would not be able to decide if the enrolled has given you results or back-fired.

Also you were telling me over the call (from your number 79xxxxx439) that you are NOT PAID ANYTHNG EXTRA other than your company salary if i enroll or not enroll for this program and its entirely my decision.

Kindly note that these kind of EXPLAINATION are NOT ENTERTAINED by AMAZON and also from a seller like me.

You are free to explain the benefit of the program, its time-lines and all... but CONTINOUS CALLING and this kind of EXPLAINING and METHOD is NOT my cup of tea.

1. If i am interested i would definitely get back to you.

2. If i have any doubts and clarification on this program, i would drop you an email or call you during working hours to discuss the same.

I am working on the finer aspects on enrolling for this program, if time-line permits I will go ahead and enroll for the same.

I would also want you to share the email address and contact number of your Manager/Team Leader so that i can keep them in loop on what's happening here. Awaiting your speedy response on the above discussed issues.
