As per the Amazon.in Fee policy for undelivered, customer reject and replacement shipments, for undeliverables and customer reject returns shipping fee is refunded after 45 days from the return approved. But we have not receiving any reimbursement of shipping fee for the undeliverables and customer reject orders. All the sellers are facing same issue. I have in the last couple of months faced this situation twice. I did not receive any refund for my previous time for 2 orders placed for the identical product by the same buyer in a gap of 3 days. I spite of trying to contact the buyer, i did not get any respond hence shipped the order to fulfill my commitment. However, i have not received any refund inspite of this fee policy being there for sellers. Looks like this policy is only on paper.
Inspite of reassurance from Amazon, I am yet again faced with the similar situation. I am fulfilling my part of commitment but if this time the refunds do not come to me, I will have to find ways to contact someone higher up in Amazon who is responsible for these issues.
