Log in issue

My number which was used for login has been discontinued hence now I can not verify the 2 step verification process..as per Amazon website we have already uploaded the verification document for recovery of our account . The document has been submitted 5 times over the period of 20 days and I have still not received any mail . Even though it was mention we will receive reply in 1-2 days .

All call to call center and customer center has only one answer they say “ PLEASE LOGIN TO ACCOUNT AND RAISE A TICKET/ ISSUE ON YOUR ACCOUNT TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE”

how on earth can we login and raise a ticket when we have issue with login itself . Looks like the call center people have some super brain to give this kind of solution

Please note I had to send this msg using my friends login detail

Are you checking the email that was assigned to your Amazon account? Sometimes important messages can be filtered to spam or other folders.

Also, since you're now posting on the Forums using your seller account, are you having login issues with a different seller account?
